The items needed to be received back before a replacement for the correct size could be sent. Feb. 21 - 22 confirmed items received, correct sizes requested and I was told 7 - 14 days til delivery. Feb 28 - 29 called to make a payment & told I called that day to place order; not true! & they state only 1 set received LIE

Back in the day, Astro was a cool, nice catalog. I loved buying... receiving the fashions were fun, different and affordable. Now prices are high, customer service is not helpful (most of the time I get the feeling that they feel you're keeping them on the phone too long), and it's no longer that much fun or different from the other styles in catalogs, and lately I can't even access the website because it gives me a code message saying that "I don't have permission to access this website on this server"!!? What, from my cell phone? What does that even mean!!??

Preferred solution: Better service and solution why i'm not able to access site. Last purchase eff I made was a while ago, the wrong size was sent and I was told to return it I had to pay.

i returned a shirt which i knew i had to pay for shipping they charged me tax on something i returned and a finance charge for something i returned what a rip off i paid 21,00 for something i returned i will never order from them again and customer service was smug

My complaint is that the dress is incorrectly made and the belt holder being so much higher on me in the front of the dress. The belt swooped down in the front AND THE FIT WAS REALLY AWKWARD .I called customer service and was told that they donot have a alteration shop to fix the flaw.

I asked if I took it to local alteration shop would they pay for it to be moved to correct the flaw. I was told that they would paid 10% on the alteration. I took the dress to a local alteration shop and the charge was 30.00 to moved the belt holder in the correct position. I was told by the alteration shop that I should just take off the belt holder.

I was told by the customer service guy that the return would be void if the belt holder were alter or removed. Therefore I have a dress that is awkward and not a good look.

Preferred solution: A guaranteed that will cover the full cost of the alteration. Sending item back is not the total solution and taking pride in how the customer should not be responsible for flaw made dresses .

User's recommendation: donot buy from this site. This dress incorrectly made and no guranteed for reimbursement if item sent back. Do you feel there should be a better back up other then a 10% pay out on such a small fix.
