The reason I gave this rating is I kept trying to pay off a 100.00 balance and the company kept adding a small charge like 7.00 a month that would accumulate and never allowing me to pay it off. So I paid the accumulated amount it had gotten up to, just to get it paid and that's not right to have to do that.

It offended me right off the bat when they advertised in printed catalogs saying the clothes are for black people only.

That's not right either. The clothes don't know who wears them.

They still have the inquiry on my credit report which I did not initiate. What is wrong with these people. I disputed this and it's still there. Please remove ASAP.

Very dissatisfied.

I am a new customer and I ordered a multi-color blouse. I waited a few days for the delivery, but it was not delivered. I called customer service and spoke with Jeff, and he was very rude and nonchalant about the matter. His attitude was like oh-well. In fairness to the company, I did call back, and spoke with Becky she was a little more concerned about the situation. I was very frustrated and just closed the account.

Web site payments

Website not accurate dose mit give current information even though I place orders currently it on show activity from 6 or 7 years past. Even though you have a current balance it never reflects that it always shows 00.00 balance so it want accept a payment on line so you have to contact Customers Svc then they charge you 2.00 to process your payment. Website never ever updates.

Late Fee

I tried to pay my bill the date it was due . I logged on to your web site and it failed to let me continue. I paid it on the next business day. So if there was a late fee charged I would like for that to be removed. Thank you Onedia Osborne. Im not pissed sorry.

Returned items and tracking states both package have been receive but am being told they have not received the items

Bought 2 pairs of shoes same style different color. Both were extremely narrow and did not fit returned item over a month and still have not received refund. I would like to purchase other items but if this is how they do no thanks!
