A pair of shoes I purchased is not wearable the way they are supposed to be worn.
I got a pair of shoes that I cant wear unless I see them together so the strap will stay on the back of my foot. They said they needed them to be exchanged within 60 days of the purchase.
The warranty wouldnt cover the cost of the shoes or give me a new pair of shoes. They are blaming it on the manufacturing company so they dont have to pay the cost of the shoes or replace them. Once I pay the bill they I have, I will be closing the account.
Why should I keep spending money when they wont do anything about the damage to the merchandise. I was very happy with Ashro until now

Verified Reviewer |I placed a order for a male and female outfit, the mail was 2 large and did not have a front zip
I placed a call to get a return label, I spoke with Jordan, he told me I could take the Item to the UPS store. I went there the young lady asked for lablel, I said he just told me to bring it here, I then called from the store, spoke with Seff he said that I was in the wrong place go to Kroger, Walgreen or FedEX.
I went to Walgreen, again I was asked for a lablel, I told the young men the same I did not have one. Then I came home I called again I spoke with Sandy, she advised that they were not giving me a lablel, I had to pay for it myself, it was my fault if it was order wrong, my best bet is to take it to the post office. I told her I spent alot of money with this company and I did not think I had to pay for return.
I will be paying out this acct and will never order from you again and I will advise my friends and family members to do the same. These prices is outrageous and now to make the customers pay for return,then to get the run around from customer service.

All of their clothes are not true to size. Had to send something back for larger size.
They did not explain properly exchange policy. And their exchanges should have free return for an exchange. Only gave me back cost of the original outfit, not including the taxes. I was told to send back in the box.It came in, it was a fairly large box.So post office charge me for that as well.
I spent $36 to send an item back. When called to complain was told should have ordered the right size to begin with. Again their clothes don't always run true to size. So correct size was ordered.
Outfit is just made smaller than it should be for the size they are promoting.
They are a rip-off when it comes to their customer service. They are very ratchet.

Ashro charges a shipping fee regardless of how much product you buy. I had no idea into I returned some items then I was informed I had a 75.00 shipping fee. Absolutely unacceptable

Package
I received a confirmation that my package was delivered from Ashro on the 26th, when I didn't see the package on the 26th I was upset I called and the nice representative informed me that the package was delivered on the 18th She gave me the tracking number and I saw the package on my step evidently it was stolen. I don't know why I received an e-mail on the 26th saying the package was delivered on the 26th and the package was actually delivered on the 18th.
I was told that I would get the merchandise delivered again on or before December 7th. Thank you.
I just want to know why I got an email on the 26th saying my package was delivered and it was actually delivered on the 18th. I am still very upset about this

Company is not reliable
I placed an order for a dress to wear to a party in what I thought was enough time to receive but low and behold I got the shipment today and received the wrong item furthermore my name was on the outside of the package but someone elses was on the package when I opened it. I called customer service to report this issue and was asked if I wanted a credit or replacement I told her neither one because I need the item by the 23rd of August and the replacement would not arrive until 8/28/24. This company is a joke I will never order from them again buy from black owned company yeah right

The items needed to be received back before a replacement for the correct size could be sent. Feb.
21 - 22 confirmed items received, correct sizes requested and I was told 7 - 14 days til delivery.
Feb 28 - 29 called to make a payment & told I called that day to place order; not true! & they state only 1 set received LIE

This company Ashro is a Scam of business.
I would never ever purchase anything from this company. I ordered a dress one time and returned it.
Two months later I get notification from Experian that I applied for a credit card. Never did. Never gave them information.
Paid with my credit card and they are trying to force this on my credit report. Seeking a lawyer!

Scam ripoff
The money they charge for S&H is the cost of the item you are buying. Most other company shipping is free.
This is why black people don't buy from black people. There is nothing special about their clothes.
